How to use the Q-Desk Portal


Please read all the instructions below in full before proceeding to log a ticket.

Step 1: Submit a ticket as indicated below

Step 3: Select a category and then complete the form.


Please ensure that you complete the form in full, different types of queries are routed to different internal teams. Accurately categorizing your query and providing all the required information up front will lead to the fastest turnaround time.


Step 4: Click submit


Please do not click submit more than once.
