Announcement: School of Education Distance Learning Teaching Practise Now On Q-Desk

This notice impacts Distance Learning Undergraduate and Postgraduate students only. 
Contact Learning remains unchanged.

It is with much excitement that we announce the integration of our Work Integrated Learning / Teaching Practise team into the Q-Desk.

You will no longer be able to access support via email, instead, you will now be able to log tickets with the Teaching Practise team using the forms available on the Q-Desk via

Going forward, students will be required to log a ticket via the Q-Desk to access support from the TP team for the following:

  • Assessor Queries.
  • School Placement Queries.
  • Practical Document Queries.

Approved schools will still be able to contact the teaching practise teams via their already established email communication channel.

If you are unable to access the Q-Desk, please log a ticket with and one of our IT support agents will assist you.

We are confident that this exciting collaboration will improve the quality of support provided to you. We look forward to supporting you through your learning journey.

The Q-Desk will not accept any documents or assessments submissions, these processes remain unaffected and must be done through the relevant platform (Canvas).
